  • Circle K Renovation

    An existing bookstore was renovated into a Circle K store, coffee shop and Panchero’s Mexican grill.  Extensive work was needed both on the interior and exterior to achieve the end result evidenced in the photos on this page.  Composite wood decking was utilized to provide a maintenance free outdoor seating area. The building is directly adjacent to campus and is frequented by students, as well as the surrounding community.
